2.1 Age Requirement. To register and use the 963jl platform, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. 963jl strictly enforces this requirement through registration verification and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
Strictly 21+ Only. Registering, depositing, or placing wagers while under 21 years of age is a material breach of these Terms and is prohibited under Philippine law. 963jl reserves the right to suspend the account, void all winnings, and report the matter to PAGCOR upon discovery of an underage player.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The 963jl platform is primarily designed to serve players located in the Republic of the Philippines. 2.3 Registration Requirements. 2.4 One Account Per Player. Each individual person is permitted to hold one (1) 963jl account. Multiple accounts per person, per household, per device, per IP address, or per payment method are prohibited. Violations will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
2.5 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any time thereafter is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for updating your account information if your circumstances change. 963jl may require documentary evidence to verify any information provided.
2.6 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 963jl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to secure your credentials.
3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC). 963jl is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Accepted documents include a Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID/SSS card, PhilHealth ID, or the Philippine National ID. KYC is a one-time process per account and typically completes within one (1) business day of document submission.
3.2 Account Currency. The primary account currency on the 963jl platform is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in PHP unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions, which are converted at prevailing rates at time of transaction.
3.3 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or real-money wager activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 963jl may apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts, provided that applicable law and PAGCOR regulations permit such action. Players will be notified prior to any fee application.
3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 963jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of applicable withdrawal processing procedures. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 963jl currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, USDT TRC20, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. Deposit fees are zero (0%) for all payment methods.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100) across all payment methods, except as otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. 963jl endeavors to process all withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and Maya transactions, and within one (1) to three (3) hours for bank transfer transactions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is two hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200).
4.4 Withdrawal Method Restriction. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 963jl reserves the right to verify withdrawal requests through additional documentation to comply with anti-money laundering obligations under Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
4.5 Transaction Finality. Deposits, once credited to your 963jl account and used for wagering, cannot be reversed or refunded except at the sole discretion of 963jl in cases of verified technical error. You are responsible for verifying all transaction amounts before confirming any financial transaction on the platform.
Important: 963jl will never ask for your banking credentials, GCash PIN, or OTP via support chat, SMS, or email. Never share these with anyone claiming to be a 963jl representative. All legitimate deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through the secure wallet area within your 963jl account.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. 963jl offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, referral bonuses, birthday bonuses, and VIP-exclusive promotions. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and the specific terms attached to each individual promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms. Where no specific multiplier is stated, a default wagering requirement of thirty times (30×) the bonus amount applies.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are available once per player, per household, and per payment method. 963jl reserves the right to decline bonus applications where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. Any behavior that 963jl determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies intended to circumvent wagering requirements, collusion between accounts, use of prohibited software, or exploitation of promotional loopholes — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may result in account suspension.
5.5 Expiry. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus credits expire thirty (30) days after issuance if the applicable wagering requirement has not been fulfilled within that period. Expired bonus credits will be removed from the account without replacement.
5.6 Changes to Promotions. 963jl reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding promotion terms, the version of the terms published on the promotion page at the time of the player's bonus activation shall be authoritative.
6.1 Random Number Generation. All 963jl games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by the Platform or by players.
6.2 Return to Player (RTP). Each game's theoretical Return to Player percentage is displayed within the game's paytable or information screen. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session results.
6.3 Game Malfunction. 7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 963jl platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities:
Anti-Money Laundering: 963jl is subject to the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 9160, as amended by R.A. 10365 and R.A. 10927). All suspicious transactions are reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Depositing funds with no genuine intent to engage in gaming activity for the primary purpose of converting those funds into other forms is prohibited.
8.1 All content on the 963jl platform — including but not limited to: the 963jl brand name and logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, photographs, icons, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of 963jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 963jl platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to: (a) reproduce, modify, or distribute any platform content; (b) reverse-engineer or decompile any platform software; (c) use the 963jl brand or trademarks without prior written consent; or (d) create derivative works based on 963jl content.
8.3 Any unauthorized use of 963jl intellectual property may result in account suspension and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.
9.1 Platform Availability. 963jl strives to maintain platform availability at all times but does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access to its services. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, force majeure events, or actions of third parties including internet service providers and payment processors.
9.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 963jl's total liability to any individual player arising from or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any winnings, bonuses, or promotional credits.
9.3 Exclusions. 963jl shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits, earnings, or opportunity; (c) losses arising from force majeure events; (d) losses attributable to player negligence or breach of these Terms; or (e) the conduct of third-party service providers including payment processors and game suppliers.
9.4 Gambling Risk. You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk, that you may lose all funds deposited, and that 963jl's role is to provide a fair gaming environment and not to guarantee any particular outcome. Participation in games of chance is a voluntary decision and the financial consequences of that decision are borne solely by the player.
Note: Nothing in this limitation of liability section is intended to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 963jl's gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 963jl collects, stores, and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 963jl platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 963jl processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
10.3 Your personal data may be shared with: (a) third-party payment processors required to facilitate your transactions; (b) game content suppliers for game integrity purposes; (c) PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law; (d) the Anti-Money Laundering Council as required by Republic Act 9160; and (e) law enforcement agencies acting pursuant to valid legal process.
10.4 You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by 963jl, subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations that may require certain data to be retained. 11.1 963jl is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following tools to all players at no cost from within account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), net loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (1 day to 6 months), and permanent self-exclusion.
11.2 Tightening of responsible gaming limits takes effect immediately upon request. Requests to increase limits are subject to a minimum seven (7) day reflection period before the increase is applied, to protect players from impulsive decisions.

12.1 963jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
12.2 Upon suspension or termination for cause, 963jl reserves the right to withhold account balances pending the outcome of any investigation. Where fraud, illegal activity, or material breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
12.3 Where an account is suspended or closed for reasons other than player misconduct, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method after applicable processing procedures are completed.
13.1 963jl may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Where an amendment materially affects player rights, 963jl will endeavor to provide advance notice through a platform notification or SMS to registered players.
13.2 Your continued use of the 963jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account, with any verified real-money balance returned in accordance with Section 12.3.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the 963jl platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Regulatory Jurisdiction. 963jl's online gaming operations are subject to the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Disputes relating to the fairness of gaming outcomes that cannot be resolved through the 963jl player support process may be referred to PAGCOR's complaints resolution mechanism.
14.3 Dispute Resolution Process. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players must first submit a written complaint to 963jl customer support and allow a reasonable period of no less than thirty (30) calendar days for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally. This requirement does not affect any right you may have to seek emergency injunctive relief.
14.4 Jurisdiction. To the extent that judicial proceedings are necessary to resolve a dispute, both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
